Time Table for Droppers — 1-Year & 6-Month Plans

Principles for Droppers

  1. Consistency > marathon sessions.
  2. Balanced focus on weak subjects.
  3. Weekly tests + daily revision.

One-Year Plan (Best for deep consolidation)

Daily (8–10 hours)

  1. Morning (3–4 hrs): New concepts (Physics/Chemistry)
  2. Midday (2–3 hrs): Biology (NCERT + notes)
  3. Afternoon (1–2 hrs): Problem practice / QBank
  4. Evening (1–2 hrs): Revision & flashcards

Weekly

  1. 2 Subject tests (chapter-wise)
  2. 1 Full-length test every 2 weeks

Six-Month Crash Plan (High-intensity)

Daily (9–11 hours)

  1. 4 hrs: Biology (fast NCERT + PYQs)
  2. 3 hrs: Physics (numericals)
  3. 2 hrs: Chemistry (Organic + Inorganic revision)
  4. 1 hr: QBank & test analysis

Weekly

  1. 1 full-length mock per week
  2. Weekly concept day for solving top mistakes

Tracking & Adjustment

  1. Use accuracy thresholds: aim ≥75% in each subject per month.
  2. If subject accuracy <60% for 2 consecutive weeks → allocate extra 1–2 hours until improved.

Mental Health & Recovery

  1. Weekly off (light revision) for rest.
  2. Sleep 7–8 hours. Short walks or simple exercise.
